Selected Work Surveillance Tree, 2025 

Like birds of prey, surveillance cameras, microphones, and floodlights perch on poles and rooftops, watching us silently. I photograph them, then let the iPhone image cutout feature choose which part is the subject and important enough to keep. The cutouts are layered to create a tree to house this unruly mechanical flock, more numerous than actual wildlife in some areas of town. Two-color Risograph print, 10 1/2 x 14 1/4”, edition of 15.
